My earliest memory of music was my Grandpa singing
opera. He was a semi pro tenor back in Italy but gave it up when he
immigrated to become a bootlegger.
I took up the violin at the age of 8. Peer pressure
led me to the guitar by 13.
(Growing up in urban Jersey, it was cooler to be
playing guitar then fiddling around.)
My playing consists of
long legato lines and funky/chunky rhythm. I guess I’m a blues
man at heart. I like playing electric and acoustic and have great stage
gear for both. Good transportation, dedication, add a dose of old school
loyalty and it pretty much tells my story.
